Raising The Roof
Notice the ceiling was lifted and the peninsula upper cabinets removed to open up the space and allow more light in.
The previous work flow was maintained by keeping the existing cabinet layout

Bringing the Outside In
With the peninsula cabinets removed, light now flows through from the dining room windows and improves the use of this space.
Notice the mix of updated light fixtures while maintaining a traditional style with the crown moldings.

New Outdoor Living
Expansion of this deck includes a lowered area with built in rail seating. New landscaping also enhances the view of the deck from the yard.
